Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with integrations and data dependencies. Exceptional attention to detail and organization—your project plans are airtight and your emails are a masterclass. Strong client communication (exec-ready), meeting facilitation, and clear written status updates. Comfortable translating business requirements into tickets, checklists, and acceptance criteria. Tools fluency: Airtable (advanced), Google Workspace, HubSpot; bonus points for Jira/Confluence and Slides....
