Non-negotiables: 6+ years of engineering experience with production software. You've shipped real things at scale. Deep fluency with agentic coding tools — you're not learning them on the job, you're already opinionated about how to use them. Experience designing and documenting engineering workflows , not just following them Strong ops instincts, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, environment configuration, automated testing Comfort in brownfield codebases — you can read an unfamiliar system and build an onboarding layer for AI agents without a guided tour Clear written communication — your specs, READMEs, and async updates are legible enough to work without you in the room This isn't a role where you'll be handed detailed tickets and asked to implement them. We need someone who can read a product brief, design the full implementation strategy including the AI workflow, and own it end to end.
